Useful tools.
Less data.
A free browser-based CSV cleaning, matching and product preparation workspace.
Files and entered content
Core processing runs in your browser. Files, prices, notes and datasets are not uploaded by the app. The hosting provider receives ordinary connection metadata and requested URL paths. URL fragments are not included in ordinary HTTP requests, but anyone with a complete share link can read its configuration.
Explicit local saving and downloads
Saved drafts, rates, mapping presets and cleaning recipes use this browser's local storage only when you choose Save. They are not encrypted, synchronized or backed up by us, and are accessible to other users or extensions of the same browser profile. Use the appropriate reset/delete control to remove them. Downloaded JSON, CSV and recipe files can contain private data; protect them yourself.
Business quote links contain business details, item descriptions, quantities, prices, reference and notes. These are public to link recipients and editable. Do not include private client details or secrets. Recipe files contain column names and literal replacement values, which may also be sensitive.
Product limits
UTF-8 CSV/TSV up to 5 MB, 10,000 rows, 100 columns and 4,096 characters per cell. Up to 30 literal cleaning rules, preview before apply, one-step undo, append and unique-key left/inner joins. No XLSX, PDFs, images, scripts or arbitrary regular expressions. General exports preserve all columns. Product adapters support simple products only, omit unmapped columns, and require a real-store acceptance test. No variant merging, existing-store reconciliation, direct store access or inventory synchronization.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you consent. PostHog receives predefined event names, an internal product identifier, release, broad screen and traffic-source categories, a random browser ID and visit ID. Some events include coarse row/error buckets, a selected template category or export format. Entered business names, notes, prices, filenames, rows, column names, cleaning rules, raw errors, full URLs and fragments are excluded.
No session replay, automatic input capture or fingerprinting is installed. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off. Consent and the random browser ID expire after 90 days. Withdrawing through Analytics choices removes the local analytics ID and stops future collection; it does not automatically remove events already delivered. PostHog receives connection metadata while processing requests; the project is configured to discard client IP addresses. Enrichment can occur before IP discard. See PostHog privacy.
Consent-based browser IDs count a subset of usage, not exact people or all visitors. Ad blockers and network failures affect coverage. Beta setup checks are included in initial counts.
Free beta
