02 / UNDERSTAND & CLEAN
Rules you can see. Changes you control.
Rules run in order. Number normalization preserves digits and up to 8 decimal places. Dates require a four-digit year, 1900–2200, and / or - separators. No formulas, scripts, or regular expressions run.
Deduplication compares exact values after cleaning. Empty keys also count as duplicates. Review removals before applying.
Reusable recipes
Recipes contain column names and literal replacement values, which may be sensitive. Keep exported recipes private if needed. No rows are saved with a recipe.
03 / COMBINE & MATCH
Bring the missing pieces together.
Append rows by header names, or enrich this file from a unique-key lookup. Original file columns are preserved; conflicting lookup column names get a lookup_ prefix. Key matching is exact and case-sensitive. Clean the key first if needed.
REVIEW BEFORE APPLYING
A preview, never a silent edit.
Shows the first 100 changes/errors and the first 20 result rows. Applying changes updates the working copy only. Export saves that working copy, not an unapplied preview.

Is the supplier CSV cleaner free?
Yes. The current beta is free and has no account, subscription, or payment requirement.
Does my catalogue leave my device?
The catalogue is processed locally in your browser. Optional usage analytics excludes catalogue contents and filenames.
Can I import product variants?
This release supports simple products only. Products with size, colour, or other variant options need a different workflow.
Does this update my Shopify store automatically?
No. It prepares a downloadable draft-product CSV for Shopify or WooCommerce. You review and import it yourself, with overwrite disabled.
